Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at Pebble. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives Identify and qualify new leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Negotiate and close sales dealsTrack and analyze sales performance
- Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
