Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at Pebble. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives Identify and qualify new leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Negotiate and close sales dealsTrack and analyze sales performance
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
